- The €20.00 daily ticket for disabled people can be requested at the Parco Natura Viva ticket offices, upon presentation of the relevant certification.
- Children 0-2 years (up to 3 years of age) and companions of disabled people enter for free

Cancellation policies
- Each ticket purchased cannot be cancelled, refunded or modified.
The Customer will therefore not be able to exercise any right of withdrawal on the purchase of any entrance ticket.
Safety regulations
- In the park, feeding or petting the animals is STRICTLY PROHIBITED , for their health and your safety. The only exception is the Goat Farm, where there are special feed dispensers that can only be given to the Tibetan goats.
- Flying drones is strictly prohibited, and authorization from the Park is required for any drone flights while the park is closed and only for valid editorial purposes.
- You can leave and re-enter the pedestrian wildlife trail during the same day, provided you notify the entrance staff before leaving. The Safari trail can only be accessed once per day.
- Access to the area is prohibited for convertible cars with open tops, motorcycles and bicycles.
- It is strictly forbidden to get off your vehicle.
- Car doors and windows must be closed throughout the Safari route.
- You cannot throw anything out of the window.
- Pets are NOT permitted inside the pedestrian wildlife park, even in handbags or dog strollers. Leaving pets in parked vehicles is strictly prohibited. A dog area is available during wildlife park opening hours.
Description
Today, Parco Natura Viva is a modern Zoological Park, an important protection centre for threatened species, which has been able to
evolve over time to take an active role in the conservation of biodiversity. The Park was born from the brilliant idea of the architect Alberto Avesani, the founder, who transformed part of his agricultural company, existing since 1933, in the 60s, in a wildlife area, collecting local fauna to breed and possibly show them to the public. Designed since 1965, a first sector of about 10 hectares, the current Faunistic trail, was inaugurated on 21 June 1969. In 2019, the Parco Natura Viva celebrated its first 50 years with its visitors.
The ARCA Foundation (“Animal Research Conservation in Action”) was created by Parco Natura Viva to actively take action in defense and protection of species at risk of extinction and biodiversity. From 2012 to today, the ARCA Foundation has intervened in the world to spread the vision of Parco Natura Viva: to conserve and safeguard biodiversity in its place of origin, protecting endangered species and promoting ecosystem conservation, in harmony with local communities.
